CRM Intergration Systems was awarded a 2009 Customer Interaction Solutions Product of the Year Award!

This is the second consecutive year we have received this award.  Last year we got the award for our Broadsoft version of Call On CRM, this year we got the award for our Skype version of Call On CRM.

It's great to see hard work rewarded, we've continued to innovate and make our products better for our customers.  This year will be no exception, we have plenty of new features in the works.  We are getting ready to release version 1.2 of both of our applications which will bring a host of new features to both the apps.

Keep your eyes open for our soon to be release 1.2 versions.  Some of the new features we are working on include - Call Recording capabilities, SMS Messaging, Integration with Broadsoft's extended XSI services, and more!
