We released a new version of Call On CRM - Skype today.  It's in beta so far, so it's being tested by our beta customers.  This new release has been in the works for awhile, it includes a bunch of new features:

MAJOR NEW RELEASE!

• Supports SMS Messaging to Cell Phones
• Bulk SMS with Template customization
• Create ACT! histories from SMS batches
• Multiple SMS Gateways supported (Clickatell, Skype, RedOxygen) Support for Skype Conferencing and multi-line dialing and calls.
• Supports Call Transferring with SkypePro New dialpad replacement

We've included the ability to send SMS messages to ACT! contacts using various SMS gateway providers.  SMS messages cost .11 each to send on Skype, using our other providers can get the cost down to as low as .03 each.

We are going to take this SMS functionality which is included in Call On CRM and split it out to it's own product called Text On CRM.  This will allow users to just use the SMS stuff if they don't want to use Call On CRM.

Look for this new product to be released in the coming weeks.
